The Administration Team is a vital support function at Arcesium, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations in India. This team collaborates closely with business units to deliver essential facility services with precision, consistency, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and assist with navigation around the office.
  • Answer and route calls courteously in line with company security policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly reception and office environment by adhering to internal protocols.
  • Document and communicate administrative activities and needs to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Respond promptly to food & beverage requests, offering suitable options per defined SLAs.
  • Manage travel-related queries and bookings in line with standard guidelines and timelines.
  • Periodically review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 3–7 years in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or similar administrative roles.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Phone Etiquette: Confident and professional telephone handling.
  • Vendor Knowledge: Well-versed with local food vendors and capable of managing relationships.
  • Vendor Management: Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Computer Literacy: High proficiency with office tools and systems.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently under deadlines.
